To establish a Rural Tourism Institute aimed at supporting small rural destination management organizations engaged with tourism

To access state and federal investment for community lending, while expanding the delivery of lending products that serve worker transportation options, affordable housing, and small businesses (over two years)

For the formative research phase of a statewide Community-Based Stigma Reduction Campaign in West Virginia, to reduce public stigmas against people with substance use disorder

To establish a Community Heritage and History Center in Thomas, West Virginia, offering a variety of educational programs tailored for both residents and visitors
