To facilitate planning for livestock production, demonstration operations, and programming to better support viable, diversified, small-farm enterprises in the New River Gorge region

To support the expansion of Manchester Craftsmen’s Guild’s Jazz Education Initiative in rural school districts across southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia

For member programs and services in 2023

To modernize programs needed to position Oglebay and Wheeling Park for success in their second century of service to the community (over two years)

To engage teachers and K-12 students across southwestern Pennsylvania in activities designed to develop civic skills and foster lifetime habits of citizenship
