To support the public health system to optimize services and improve health outcomes through local health departments

To support future-readiness of high school students through the implementation of the Penn State Readiness Institute Alumni Network

For the development of an annual conference, a rural health mini-grant program, and the creation of the West Virginia Rural Health Fellowship Program (over two years)

To equip municipal government, businesses, and non-governmental organizations in southwestern Pennsylvania with sustainability frameworks and access to resources, and convene sustainability thought leaders from southwestern Pennsylvania and West Virginia
