To expand the Rural Arts Collaborative project in Greene County schools, Pennsylvania, and the Black Men Read project in Jefferson and Morgan County schools, West Virginia (over 18 months)

For expansion of a network of county school systems that will develop, grow, and strengthen outdoor learning opportunities for West Virginia students and teachers (over 18 months)

To study elements of successful dual enrollment programs in high schools across southwestern Pennsylvania in order to inform best practices for statewide policy on dual enrollment (over two years)

To engage peer organizations and community members in strategic conversations around the development of a teaching artists center in southwestern Pennsylvania

To establish a Green Building and Design Institute program that will create equitable pathways for students from underrepresented and diverse backgrounds in green building and design industries

For continued expansion of the Kids for Kids program and the establishment of The Southwestern Pennsylvania Youth Council on Community Development

To support, in high-need areas, a second set of demonstration projects designed to improve reading levels for West Virginia children from birth to age eight

For the West Virginia Public Education Collaborative Teacher Innovation mini-grant program which will provide financial support to teachers to implement innovative learning practices in their school environment

To support future-readiness of high school students through the implementation of the Penn State Readiness Institute Alumni Network

For continuation and expansion of the Jobs for West Virginia’s Graduates program, enhancing student outcomes through offering experiential learning opportunities
