For the June Harless Center to develop a teacher fellowship program reflective of the medical residency model to support the recruitment, preparation, and retention of high-quality teachers

For further expansion of the Rural Arts Collaborative’s Arts Education project into rural schools in the Northern Panhandle region

For continuation of a multi-phase project that will identify, support, and fund early literacy project proposals designed to improve reading levels of young children across West Virginia
