To strengthen the West Virginia Nonprofit Association as a sector leader that brings value to its members and serves as the voice of West Virginia nonprofits

To foster district-wide educational redesign that prepares students to become drivers in the West Virginia economy

To launch a Center of Excellence that will exemplify and share best practices in integrated rural health care (over three years)
