To provide information and coordination on critical healthcare issues for consumers and organizations, including health care providers, payers, education and faith communities, policymakers, and advocates

To create a network of county school systems that will develop, grow, and strengthen outdoor learning opportunities for West Virginia students and teachers

To build recreational opportunities which increase tourism, improve communities, and encourage business development around the Lower Kanawha River Outdoor Recreation Trail

To provide a career preparation program for current and former foster youth (over two years)
